Return & Refund Policy

14 Days Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 14 days of receipt with all packing materials if it is not used (Quality issue: Incorrect product / missing/damaged/missing parts, can return even opened). You can contact us by email at [email protected], or phone at (+852) 3702-6860. After received your application, it takes approximately a weeks to process the refund for you. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment within a few working daysPlease be aware that buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Only one application can be made per order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We are committed to providing the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email at [email protected], or phone at (+852) 3702-6860 with 60 days. Provide us with related information, including your order number, names, address, quantities of the affected items and the picture of the product. We will be happy to provide a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.
If the items you received do not match the items on your order, we will happily ship the correct items at no additional cost to you. We may ask that you return the incorrect items to us using a prepaid return postage label.
Should there be disputes, Govita reserves the right to the final decision.
